Disaster for Brazil, Extraordinary Win For Germany

Host nation Brazil`s dream to win FIFA World Cup 2014 smashed into stupor as Germany got an extraordinary win in semi-final stage by 7-1 and send the host crashing to their most horrible ever beat in past 100-years football history.

Probably Sixty-four years after FIFA World Cup 2014’s host Brazil was thrown into countrywide sorrow after their defeat in the final of 1950, the nationalists were worn out in a defeat likely to be every bit as shocking as the fabled "Maracanazo."

In six devastating minutes, Germany scored four goals and booked their place in final match of the tournament. The Germany team started thrashing Brazil from the 11th minute of the game, when Mueller scored the first goal of the match.

Brazil was playing without their start player Neymar and skipper T Silva. The team was trying to play together but Germany’s attack was enough to destroy the defending line of host nation.

Miroslav Klose`s splendid finish in 23 minutes made him the World Cup`s all-time top-scorer with 16 goals. Apart from him, Toni Kroos knocked twice in the game in 24th and then in 26th minutes of the game to make the score 4-0 and then Sami Khedira rounded off another clinical move to make it 5-0 on 29 minutes.

After the first half, the audience was stunned and could not see their nation in dreadful situation. Several fans were seen bursting into tears. Hundreds of people were seen leaving their expensive seats after the first half of the match.

Schuerrle then clutched his second win on 79 minutes to make it 7-0, and corroborate the worst defeat in Brazil`s history.
