 Salmon and Meat: The sufferers of diabetes can eat chicken, fish and lean cuts of fresh meat. Eating all these foods in proper segment will be helpful in not raising the blood sugar level. Salmon includes high quantity of heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids, which ideal choice for the people with diabetes.

Fresh Vegetables: Adding fresh vegetables that are non-starchy are always useful for people with diabetes.  Vegetables like spinach, broccoli and some amount of green beans must be added to your diabetic diet. As all these vegetables are high in much needed fiber and low in calories and carbohydrates, these are excellent options for sufferers of diabetes.
