Fried Rice Recipe: Simple and Tasty

The tasty dish is usually cooked from steamed rice, which is quite tasty and appetizing. Fried rice is made up of variety of ingredients, vegetables. Here is the easy recipe of vegetarian fried rice.         


Beans                          50 Grams (Chopped)

Rice                             1 Kg

Cardamom powder      2 tsp

Biryani leaves             2

Green chillies              2 (Chopped)

Coconut                       1 tbsp

Capsicum                    1(Chopped)

Carrot                          1 (Chopped)

Oil                               2 tbsp

Ghee                            2 tbsp

Cashew nuts               4

Salt                              According to taste



1.   Soak rice for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash them thrice

2.      Cook the rice and keep them in separate vessel.

3.      Grind cardamom properly.

4.      In a separate fan, heat the oil and fry cashews.

5.      In another pan, heat the oil and add cut vegetables, cardamom powder, biryani leaves for 7 to 10 minutes.

6.      Add the rice in the mixture and keep them on flame for 3 to 4 minutes.

7.      Your dish is ready. You can garnish it with cashews.
