Papaya Berry Smoothie: Perfect Drink

Papaya is a rich in antioxidants. It contains several many minerals, which make it a very good source of magnesium and potassium. On the other side, Berries are a rich in anticancer compound ellagic acid. Papaya Berry Smoothie provides both the healthy ingredients in a single drink. Here is the recipe to make it at home.

Ingredients:

Papaya                        1 cup

Berries                        1 cup (Frozen)

Skimmed milk              ½ cup

Honey                         1 tablespoon

 

Procedure

  1. Take all the ingredients and put them in a blender.
  2. When it starts looking creamy, stop mixing.
  3. Crush the ice-cubes in mixer.
  4. Papaya Berry Smoothie is ready to serve.
